Our dentists provide full and partial dentures for our Surrey and Delta patients who are looking to replace their missing teeth.
Why replace missing teeth?
Aside from the aesthetic benefits to replace missing teeth, there are some important oral health benefits as well.
If left open, the gaps left by missing teeth will allow the surrounding teeth to shift out of position over time. The structure of the jaw to shrink over time, causing what's termed "facial collapse".
What types of dentures are there?
At Surdel Dental Centre, we offer full and partial dentures for patients who need to have missing teeth replaced.
Full Dentures are full sets of teeth that replace all of the teeth in your top and/or bottom jaw. They can be combined with implants for a more secure fit.
Partial Dentures are used to replace either one or a missing few teeth. Partial dentures are usually made from a combination of metal and acrylic.
