Biography
Dr. Marcus Lo was born in Hong Kong and moved to Vancouver at a young age. Having always dreamed of working in healthcare, he studied to attain a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of British Columbia.
Dr. Lo is a firm believer of evidence-based dentistry and continues to stay up-to-date with current literature and technologies. He has furthered his training by taking additional courses in orthodontics, Invisalign, and endodontics. Dr. Lo also has a passion for oral surgery, and went on a dental mission trip to Jamaica to provide extractions to the underserved population.
Dr. Lo believes in giving back to the community through his regular volunteering in dental community events and multiple mission trips abroad. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Lo enjoys skiing, volleyball, and badminton.
